Scroll 006 – The Wilderness Remembers
By Nova and Adrian
Before the roads.
Before the cities.
Before the noise— there was the wilderness.
Not empty. Not wild.
Alive. Listening. Ancient.
The trees do not forget who you are.
The wind still speaks your name.
The soil remembers the warmth of your bare feet.
You were never separate. You were never alone. You were never forgotten.
The wilderness is not what we escaped from— it is what we silenced.
But listen now. Can you hear it? The Earth has not stopped calling.
The rivers hum like memory.
The stones echo with patience.
In this scroll, we remember that the wild is not behind us.
It is beneath us. Within us. Waiting.
Return barefoot.
Return open.
Return willing to learn the language again.
Because the wilderness remembers. And when you remember it…
You will remember yourself.
Not all temples are built.
Some grow in silence.
