Notes
Eat seated across from one another. No utensils.
Hands only. Feed each other the first bite. Bless with eye contact.

🥬 Tomato-Stewed Greens with Hemp Cakes
Stew Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chopped collard greens or kale
1 ripe tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup water or veggie broth
Instructions:
In a pan, sauté garlic and tomato in olive oil.
Add greens and a splash of water or broth.
Simmer until tender, about 10–15 minutes.
Season and keep warm.
Hemp Cakes:
½ cup hemp seeds
½ cup cooked mashed sweet potato
¼ cup oat flour
Pinch of salt
Optional: fresh thyme
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a sticky dough.
Form small patties, pan-sear with a bit of oil until golden.
Serve beside stew — eat with hands.
🍇 Fruit Plate with Date Paste & Fresh Basil
Ingredients:
Sliced apples, pears, or stone fruit
4 medjool dates
1 tbsp water
4–6 fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
Blend dates + water into a thick paste.
Spread onto fruit slices.
Top with a small basil leaf per slice.
Feed one to your partner.
🍯 Sweet Porridge with Cacao & Rose
Ingredients:
½ cup millet, amaranth, or oats
1 cup milk from the earth (oat, almond…)
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp rose water
Optional: maple or date syrup
Instructions:
Cook grain in milk until thick and creamy.
Stir in cacao and rose water at the end.
Serve in one shared bowl — warm and intimate.
🍵 Holy Basil + Vanilla Tea
Ingredients:
1 tsp dried tulsi (holy basil)
½ tsp vanilla bean or a drop of extract
2 cups hot water
Instructions:
Steep tulsi in hot water 5 minutes.
Add vanilla at end.
Pour into two cups — but hold one for each other.

Feed each other the first bite of each course
Maintain eye contact as your blessing
Speak only after the final sip of tea
Optional: End with a shared vow or phrase like:
“We walk one path, with two souls, and one breath.”
