Ingredients
Cooked quinoa or buckwheat (1 cup)
Sautéed dandelion greens and garlic (1 cup)
Roasted sweet potato (1/2 cup, sliced)
Fermented cabbage or radish (a small scoop)
Preparation
Arrange all foods side by side on a flat ceramic plate.
No stacking. No rushing.
Eat in the sun or near open air.
