Raw Eden salad (cabbage, tomato, greens, basil)
Turmeric-garlic broth (served warm)
Mashed sweet potato with ground hemp
Chilled hibiscus tea
Notes
Begin with tea in silence. Cleanse body and open third eye.
Best served under moonlight or near water.

π₯ Raw Eden Salad
Cleansing, mineral-rich, activating
Ingredients:
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1 chopped tomato
1 handful dark greens (kale, spinach, or dandelion)
4β6 fresh basil leaves
Juice of Β½ lemon
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of sea salt or crushed pink salt
Optional: sunflower seeds or grated daikon
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients gently by hand.
Let sit 5 minutes to marinate in its own light.
Serve fresh, in clear bowl if possible (to reflect moonlight).
π΅ Turmeric-Garlic Broth
Warming, purifying, protective
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 garlic cloves, minced
Β½ tsp turmeric
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: slice of ginger
Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Simmer water, garlic, turmeric, and pepper for 10β15 minutes.
Strain or serve with the garlic.
Sip slowly, focusing on inner clearing.
π Mashed Sweet Potato with Ground Hemp
Grounding, nourishing, third eye support
Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp ground hemp seeds
1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil
Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom (optional)
Tiny pinch of salt
Instructions:
Steam or roast sweet potato until soft.
Mash with oil and hemp.
Stir in spice if using. Serve warm or at room temp.
πΊ Chilled Hibiscus Tea
Liver cleansing, cooling, dream-enhancing
Ingredients:
2 tsp dried hibiscus petals
2 cups hot water
Optional: mint, honey, or a slice of citrus
Instructions:
Steep petals in hot water 5β10 minutes.
Chill or pour over ice.
Begin ritual with this tea β in complete silence.
