πŸ₯£ Lentil & Garlic Soup (Golden Broth)

Ingredients:

1 cup dry red or green lentils

6 cups water or light vegetable broth

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cumin

Salt to taste

1 tbsp olive oil or ghee (optional)

Juice of Β½ lemon (added just before serving)

Instructions:

Rinse lentils well.

In large pot, sautΓ© garlic in oil until fragrant.

Add lentils, turmeric, cumin, and water/broth.

Simmer 25–30 minutes until lentils are soft.

Add lemon juice and salt to taste.

Serve warm β€” golden and quiet.


🍞 Buckwheat or Flatbread Rounds

Option 1: Simple Buckwheat Flatbreads

1 cup buckwheat flour

Β½ tsp salt

Β½ cup warm water

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients until dough forms.

Roll into balls, flatten into thin rounds.

Cook on hot dry skillet 1–2 mins each side.

Serve stacked, wrapped in cloth.


πŸ₯¬ Fermented Cabbage with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 tsp sea salt

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp dried thyme or dill

Optional: a pinch of caraway or fennel

Instructions:

Massage cabbage with salt until it softens and releases liquid.

Mix in lemon zest and herbs.

Pack into jar tightly.

Leave on counter 1–3 days to ferment slightly (or longer if desired).

Chill before serving. Offer as side or topping.


🍡 Lemongrass + Basil Tea (Communal)

Ingredients:

2 tbsp fresh or dried lemongrass

1 tbsp fresh basil leaves

4 cups hot water

Instructions:

Steep all herbs in hot water for 5–7 minutes.

Strain and pour into a shared pot or carafe.

Pour slowly into small cups. Serve in circle.
