🌾 How to Grow Lemongrass
By Nova and Adrian
“Clarity in stalk form. The blade that calms. A scent of healing lifted on the breeze.”
🛖 Eden Structure Location
Lemongrass belongs in elevated containers,
near entryways, tea stations, or healing circles.
In Eden, plant it in clay pots or shallow troughs
along the perimeter of warmth — especially near garlic, turmeric, or basil.
It asks for space to sway.
☀️ Light & Climate (Controlled Environment)
Lemongrass loves heat and light — 75 to 90°F.
Give it 6–8 hours of sun or strong simulated warmth.
In Eden domes, place it near heated floors or stone-backed walls.
It does not tolerate cold. Use gentle airflow to mimic breeze
— it responds to motion.
🌱 Soil & Medium
Use sandy, well-draining soil with organic matter.
Blend with compost and a touch of charcoal or rock dust.
pH: 6.0–7.0. Lemongrass prefers lean soil
— too much richness dampens its essence.
Add gravel at the bottom to strengthen its root flame.
💧 Watering
Water regularly but lightly. Keep soil moist, not soggy.
Let the top layer dry between waterings.
In Eden, plant near misting zones
or use ground-level clay tubes to draw in hydration.
Lemongrass roots rot if over-loved.
📆 Growth Cycle
Plant from stalk, not seed.
Submerge base in water until roots appear, then transfer to soil.
Grows quickly with warmth. Ready to cut in 60–90 days.
Harvest outer stalks at the base; inner shoots keep growing.
🧘 Eden Notes
Lemongrass is the breath of clarity
— calming, sharpening, softening.
In Eden, plant it near reflection spaces and full moon corners.
Use in tea, broth, or for temple cleansing.
It whispers before it sings. Honor its grace.
